The MGREC provides a range of support services to the Mayaro, Guayaguayare, and Rio Claro communities, focusing on strengthening educational governance, promoting transparency, and fostering community development. Our services are all aimed at ensuring sustainable operations and enhancing trust between the Council and its stakeholders.
The MGREC provides comprehensive support services to the Mayaro, Guayaguayare, and Rio Claro communities, centered on strengthening education and governance. These services include advocacy for educational development, ensuring that community needs are represented and addressed; the design and delivery of programmes, projects, and events that enrich learning opportunities; and consultation and training in education to build capacity among educators and stakeholders.
Additionally, MGREC develops and shares digital educational content and media, complements this with printed materials for accessibility, and oversees the management and administration of the educational system, promoting transparency, efficiency, and sustainability across all levels of community education.

Academic Aid
The MGREC is committed to ensuring that financial barriers do not hinder access to education. Through promoting the financial aid initiatives of corporate partners, the Council provides support to students and families in need, helping them access programmes, resources, and opportunities that promote academic growth and community development.
Member Fees
Our fees reduce the average cost of a MGREC Member while preserving the core protections of the organization – if you don’t have a support request fulfilled or any representation, you should not have to pay until you benefit from the organization.
