About

The Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee mission drives our focus on quality education for all and service to our neighbors in need.

The Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee is a group of passionate individuals who believe in the power of education. We’re not just a committee; we’re a family. We’re united by our shared vision of empowering the Mayaro and Guayaguayare regions through education.

Our mission, is to light up every mind in our community, one student at a time. We’re here to ensure that every child in our region has access to quality education, regardless of their background or circumstances. We work hand-in-hand with local schools and multi-national stakeholders to create an environment that nurtures the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of our students. It’s not always easy, but seeing our students thrive makes it all worthwhile.
