Complete Application Form
Submit your online application form with your personal details, areas of interest, and volunteer availability.

Confirmation of Application
Upon submission, MGREC will acknowledge receipt of your application by email or phone within two (2) working days.

Application Review
MGREC will review your application to confirm alignment with organisational requirements and available volunteer opportunities. Eligible applicants will be invited to proceed to the interview stage.

Application Interview
Interviews are conducted with a member of the MGREC’s Secretariat, typically via phone. The interview explores your skills, interests, motivation for volunteering, and potential contributions to MGREC programmes and initiatives.

Membership Confirmation & Onboarding
Successful applicants will receive confirmation of their volunteer placement or programme involvement. Any applicable fees (e.g., membership dues or programme contributions) will be invoiced prior to commencement, with receipts issued upon payment and an onboarding process will follow via a virtual meeting.
Requirements
Volunteer Participation Requirements:
‣ Open to individuals 18 years and older at the time of application.
‣ Applicants must demonstrate a willingness to support MGREC’s mission through community service, programme delivery, or administrative support.
‣ All applicants are interviewed as part of the application process to assess skills, interests, and alignment with Council initiatives.
‣ Applicants not meeting standard criteria may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis by the Council, with consideration given to prior volunteer experience, professional background, or demonstrated community involvement.
Programme Participation Requirements:
‣ Open to individuals 18 years and older at the time of application.
‣ Applicants must provide accurate personal information and indicate areas of interest in MGREC programmes.
‣ All applicants are interviewed to confirm suitability for programme participation and to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
‣ Applicants not meeting standard criteria may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis, with consideration given to relevant life experience, prior community engagement, or other supporting evidence.
